About Us

Demarc Telecom & Utility LLC is a fiber optic and structured cabling contractor based in Tyngsborough, Massachusetts. Founded in 2014, we serve colleges, municipalities, government agencies, utilities, service providers and commercial facilities throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont.

Our services include aerial and underground fiber placement, inside plant and outside plant construction, fusion splicing, fiber termination, OTDR and OLTS testing, fiber troubleshooting, CAT6 and CAT6A installation, data center cabling, network closet construction and GPS conduit mapping.

Our project experience includes Boston College, Dartmouth College, Keene State College, the City of Chelsea, Cambridge Housing Authority, SELCO and Astound Broadband. We build campus backbones, municipal fiber networks, commercial building connections and data center infrastructure.

Demarc is a Massachusetts Statewide Contract ITT85 Category 1 vendor, a Corning Network of Preferred Installers member, and an MBE certified through Massachusetts SDO and NMSDC. We also participate in the Massachusetts Small Business Purchasing Program (SBPP).

Our qualifications include Siemon and CommScope certifications, FOA certified fiber technicians, OSHA trained personnel and BICSI RCDD design support. We bring experienced crews, direct communication and documented testing to every project, with a focus on safety, workmanship and dependable delivery.
