Thomas LeBlanc, CM&AA, CBEM, MBA is a lead consultant with ROCG. Tom has a strong background in finance and operations in technology-based companies. He was also a principal/CEO of three privately held businesses, helping to build and then to manage through three exits. Tom’s areas of expertise include strategic planning, maximizing business enterprise value, and transition/exit planning.
Terence Shepherd, CM&AA, CPA, MST is a Partner with ROCG and has advised small and medium-sized, family owned/closely held businesses for over 30 years. He has helped his clients set strategies, identify and measure critical success factors, lead business owner and management performance meetings. His particular business areas of expertise are in business exit, strategic planning, customer service strategies and team development.
