Ribbon Cutting: Latinx Community Center for Empowerment (LCCE)
The Latinx Community Center for Empowerment (LCCE) will be hosting a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for their new office space on Friday, November 22nd at 2:00 PM!
This event will also mark our 5th anniversary of serving the Latinx community in Lowell, and they want to make it a memorable occasion for everyone involved!
