Downtown Lowell Business Committee Meeting
The DLBC is comprised of Chamber members that have a passion for making Downtown Lowell a hub for working, obtaining an education, eating, shopping and living in the Downtown. The committee works with the City of Lowell, Downtown Lowell businesses, University of Massachusetts Lowell, Middlesex Community College and other stakeholders to ensure that the Downtown continues to be the heart of Lowell.
Some of our initiatives and projects include:
- Advocating for Downtown Lowell Businesses
- Free photos with Santa in Downtown Lowell
- Assistance in planning the Downtown components of events such as Winterfest and the City of Lights Parade
