Join us for the Downtown Lowell BID Community Info Forum, a larger community conversation about the proposed Downtown Lowell Business Improvement District (BID).

Learn what a Business Improvement District is, how it works, and how a BID could support a more vibrant and prosperous Downtown Lowell through initiatives such as placemaking and landscaping, downtown marketing, business support and recruitment, and advocacy.

Attendees will have the opportunity to hear a more comprehensive presentation about the proposed BID, hear from a guest speaker, ask questions, provide input, and connect with fellow business owners, property owners, and members of the downtown community.
