  • Share:
Name: Chamber EDGE: Tackling Worry and Physical Health
Date: January 12, 2021
Time: 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM EST
Event Description:
Many of us are experiencing added sources of anxiety and spending more and more time in front of the computer as the lines of work/life balance have become blurred over the past year.

Please join us for our first Chamber EDGE session of 2021 as we discuss ways to address worry and improve our physical health.

We’ll start with an interactive discussion based on Dale Carnegie’s book “How to Stop Worrying and Start Living” facilitated by Virginia Crocker Timmins from Soundboard Advisors LLC.  Then we’ll get moving!  We'll have Physical Therapist, Katie Mitchell, join us to discuss simple stretches and methods that we can incorporate into our daily routines followed by time for all of the attendees to share their own tips and tricks.

The Chamber EDGE is a self-directed group with a mission to focus on networking, education and relationship building. The group is comprised of Chamber members who are experts in their field and exhibit a willingness to educate, discuss, grow and engage with their peers. The Chamber Open EDGE meets on the second Tuesday of the month from 8:30am-9:30am (unless otherwise noted on the Chamber event calendar).
