This month we will explore Emotional Intelligence.

The Power of Emotional Intelligence – Whether you readily show your feelings and emotions or hold them back, your ability to understand and manage emotions is directly related to your ability to lead and influence others. Researchers have estimated that 75% of a person’s ability to succeed is linked to successfully understanding emotional intelligence. In this interactive workshop, business leaders who want to infuse or enhance their organization’s level of Emotional Intelligence will explore:

· What is Emotional Intelligence?

· An Emotional Intelligence model

· Emotions and Feelings

· Self and Social Awareness

· Self and Relationship Management

· Characteristics of High and Low Emotional Intelligence

· Actions steps to enhance or foster Emotional Intelligence
