DESCRIPTION:The Massachusetts Legislature Passed a "Grand Bargain" Legislative Package Which Includes a $15 Minimum Wage and Paid Family/Medical Leave Program\n\n \n\nJoin fellow small business owners to learn about what was included in the final "Grand Bargain" legislative package. This legislation bundled parts from three ballot questions slated for the November 2018 ballot:\n\n \n\n $15 Minimum Wage\n\n Paid Family and Medical Leave\n\n Sales Tax Rollback\n\n \n\nThis is your opportunity to learn about the final package and how it will impact your business. Following the presentation\, there will be time for questions on how best to prepare your business for the new law\, some of which goes into effect on January 1\, 2019.\n\n \nEvent will be in the Viking Forum (rear of building --Performing Arts Center Entrance). \n\n\n\n*Best place to enter is on St. Mary's Drive (left of the building if looking at it from 110)\; straight down St. Mary's (pass tennis courts on left) then take 2nd major driveway on right\; leads you to large parking lot at Performing Arts entrance.
