After earning a scholarship to play Division 1 volleyball at Georgetown University\, Lori worked as Chief of Staff to former Congressman Marty Meehan\, followed by a successful career in high-tech and business. She and her husband\, Dave\, are raising two young girls. As a member of the House Education and Labor and House Armed Services Committees\, Lori is focused on fighting for working families on issues such as affordable healthcare\, quality public education\, workforce development\, the environment\, and addressing the opioid crisis.
