Chamber Open EDGE
Topic: Customer Loyalty
Discussion Leader: Virginia Crocker Timmins, Soundboard Advisors, LLC
Join us for an interactive discussion about Customer Loyalty and how it impacts your business. There is a difference between having a satisfied customer base and maintaining and growing a loyal customer base. If the reason for organizations to be in business centers on their customers or the community they serve, then managing and measuring your customer interface becomes one of your most important functions. Making certain that your customers get what they want and come back for more is of critical importance to the long-term success of any organization.
During the Chamber Edge Customer Loyalty workshop, we will talk about what it means to have a customer loyalty strategy, how a business can quantify the value of customer loyalty and apply metrics to track it, and how a business can create an experience that fosters a loyal customer base.
The Chamber EDGE is a self-directed group with a mission to focus on networking, education and relationship building. The group is comprised of Chamber members who are experts in their field and exhibit a willingness to educate, discuss, grow and engage with their peers. The Chamber Open EDGE meets on the first Tuesday of the month at the 110 Grill in Chelmsford from 8:30am-10:00am (unless otherwise noted on the Chamber event calendar).
This is an interactive session. Please come prepared with any questions that you have and a willingness to share tools and methods have worked for you and your business.
The Greater Lowell Chamber’s mission is to provide opportunities for our members through education, marketing, networking and advocacy.
